La Llar del Pescador, belonging to the Community of Fishermen of Palmar – founded in 1250 -, since the new management has become a restaurant of Mediterranean and fusion cuisine.
Located in El Palmar, in the heart of the Albufera, but next to Valencia, it is the ideal place to know and enjoy the local gastronomy with local products.
La Llar del Pescador
The “Arroz del Senyoret” is a dish of the Valencian gastronomy that stands out for the exquisiteness of its ingredients and its presentation. The word “Senyoret” in Valencian means “gentleman” or “young nobleman”, and is used in this context to refer to a dish prepared with peeled seafood and fish, so that the diner does not have to deal with the bones or shells.
The unmistakable flavor of the Valencian paella and the exquisite arroz del senyoret, dishes that are the soul of our cuisine.
